The holiday apartments are named after tropical wood species, commonly found in the Malaysia jungles, Meranti, Kempas, Ramin. Accommodations comprise Hotel Suites, 1,2 and 3 bedroom holiday apartments to house 2,4 or 6 persons respectively.

The resort is fast becoming a popular venue for Conference, Seminar and Company Meeting amongst corporate houses and government departments as we tailor 'Full Board Packages' which includes meals, accommodation and usage of conference facilities. The resort has 25 function rooms, ideal for meetings and conference for 10 to 500 persons and a ballroom with a banquet capacity of 350 persons.

All apartments guests are accorded complimentary usage of the GVR Country Club sports and other recreational facilities. For nature lovers, jungle trekking is an activity which is available for in-house guests into the jungles within the resort to see spectacular waterfalls, wild flora and fauna of the tropical rainforests, a wild animal or two, birds and a multitude of insects especially rhinoceros beetles.
